Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarters is a non-governmental public institution under the leadership of the Ministry of Education. It is dedicated to providing Chinese teaching resources and services for all countries, meeting the demands of overseas Chinese learners to the maximum extent, and contributing to the progress of multi-cultural development and the establishment of a harmonious world.
Chinese Testing International Technology Service (Beijing) Center Ltd. (CTI) is jointly funded by Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarters and the subordinate company of the National Education Examinations Authority (NEEA) with a view to guaranteeing professional operation of Chinese tests. Established in August 2007, the Company, entrusted by the Hanban and the National Education Examinations Authority, is responsible for rendering such professional services as the research and development, test organizing and handling of related issues, and marketing & promotion of Chinese test.
